3.1

4.1
One Bonus Policy: Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously. The next bonus may only be taken after the current bonus conditions have been met.
4.2
Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a specific validity period. If the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
4.3
Bonus Cancellation: In cases of bonus abuse, multiple accounts, or any other breach of terms, gowing bd reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings.
4.4
Referral Bonus: The referral bonus applies once the referred person has registered and completed their first deposit. Bonuses will not be granted for self-referrals or fake accounts.

Bet Confirmation & Cancellation
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, you can use gowing bd's cash-out feature to secure a guaranteed amount before the match ends. The cash-out value depends on the current state of the match.

Rules for Cancelled Matches
If a match is cancelled or abandoned, gowing bd will refund the stakes on all related bets. For accumulator bets, a cancelled match will be removed and the remaining selections will stand. If more than two matches are cancelled, the entire slip may be voided.

Match Fixing: Attempting to influence match outcomes or placing bets using match-fixing information is strictly prohibited.

Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or transferring account control to another person is strictly prohibited.
6.3
Bot Usage: Betting through automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited. If detected, the account and all associated winnings will be voided.
6.4
Money Laundering: gowing bd has a zero-tolerance stance on money laundering. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
6.5
Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, referral fraud, or attempting to circumvent bonus terms is strictly prohibited.
6.6
Abusive Behavior: Any abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour towards gowing bd staff will result in account termination.

Account Closure & Suspension
Under certain circumstances, gowing bd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account. This decision is typically made in cases of terms violations or security concerns.

Balance After Account Closure
If an account is suspended due to a terms violation, gowing bd will review the case and decide on any balance refund once the investigation is complete. Applicable bonuses and associated winnings may be cancelled. To voluntarily close your account, contact support — any remaining balance will be returned.
